Erich Orris

As a second-generation blacksmith, I started under my uncle working in toolmaking and ornamental ironwork.  Now, I primarily produce knives for use in the kitchen, with a small number of blades for utility and work. I have a very strong emphasis on producing art knives with superlative function and quality.   I work in both carbon and stainless steels, as well as with many woods and materials for handles. I have a strong love for food and cooking, and thus did I acquire my passion for creating beautiful tools for both the professional and amateur chef.
