About Danielle Gori-Montanelli
I work by building up layers of flat sheets of wool felt, cut by hand or with custom made dies and then carved with scissors, to construct three dimensional pieces of whimsical art to wear. My hope is that the work captures and carries on the joy I find in celebrating the intrinsic beauty of everyday objects and nature.
