Cosset and Lock Textiles evolved from my careers in painting and fiber art. My felting process marries the loves of my professional world by combining attention to color and composition with use of wool, fine fibers, and repurposed materials making unique felted decor that is warm, long lasting, washable, and sustainable. Throws are made with repurposed sarees and fine merino wool backing and embellished with yarn. Fiber art pelts are made by layering soft, hand blended fibers such as merino, cashmere, alpaca, and silk.
