The 46th Annual Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show - What to Know Before You Go…

There will be 195 artists from all across the United States showing and selling their work at the Pennsylvania Convention Center November 11th - 13th, with a Preview Party on November 10th. Keep reading for a list of FAQ’s to help answer any questions.

What are the Show dates and times?
Friday, November 11th, 2022 – 11am – 7pm (note new times for 2022)
Saturday, November 12th, 2022 – 10am – 6pm
Sunday, November 13th, 2022 – 10am – 5pm

When is the Preview Party Gala and how do I purchase tickets?
The Gala will be on Thursday, November 10th, 2022 from 4pm – 9pm. Entry time is dependent on ticket purchased. Attend the cocktail gala and be among the first to meet the artists, learn about their process, and purchase their unique works. A ticket to the Preview Party Gala is valid for entry every day the Show is open. Click HERE to purchase tickets. Tickets can be purchased at the door of the Convention Center on November 10th. 

Where is the PMA Craft Show and Preview Party located?
Everything takes place in the same space at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Exhibit Hall F, 12th & Arch Streets, Philadelphia, PA 19107.

How much are tickets to the Show and how do I buy them?
Tickets to the show can be purchased online or at the box office starting November 11th at the Convention Center. 
One day: $20 
Two days: $25 
Children under 12 years old: $5

Are there group discount tickets to the Show?
Purchase 10 or more tickets to get a discounted rate of $16 per ticket. Click HERE for details.

What other experiences will there be during the Show?
The art to wear fashion show, Real Looks: Simple to Sizzling will take place on Saturday, November 12th at 1pm, and is included with your ticket purchase.  

Sign up for Meet & Greet, a 30 minute guided tour, individual and group options.. Click HERE for more info and to purchase Meet & Greet tickets.

Freeman’s Auction will present a sampling of fine craft from: Modern and Contemporary Craft: Selections from the Robert L. Pfannebecker Collection. Proceeds will fund scholarships for artists of merit and need.

Will there be food and beverages at the Preview Party?
Yes, food and beverages will be provided.

Is the Show juried and does the Show take a commission of sales?
This premier show and sale of contemporary craft and design includes 195 of the finest craft artists in the United States, selected by an esteemed jury panel. All work is for sale and the artists receive 100% of their sale proceeds.

Where can I find information about parking, etc.?
Parkway Corporation is offering a generous discount to Show attendees at a few of their parking facilities, surrounding the convention center. If you do park at one of the facilities listed below, please stop and ask for a chaser at the PA CONVENTION CENTER, 12TH & ARCH STREETS, LOBBY INFORMATION DESK AT THE ENTRANCE TO HALL ’ F’. Upon exiting the parking facility, the Show attendee would scan their parking ticket 1st (for the regular rate), then scan their chaser ticket to receive the discounted rate.

Are there any protocols in place for the Show and the convention center?
Masks are optional at the 2022 Show and vaccinations are not required to enter the Show. More information specific to the Convention Center may be found HERE
